Say, ‘NO’ to Domestic violence. Advocating for Change!

Real change requires collective action. Advocating for policies that protect survivors, strengthen legal frameworks, and hold perpetrators accountable is crucial. Support organisations and initiatives that work tirelessly to provide shelters, counseling, legal aid, and rehabilitation for survivors. By raising our voices, we can demand a world where domestic violence has no place.

understanding of the disease, promote early detection, and
encourage support for those who are living with lupus.

Supporting Survivors of Domestic Violence

Survivors of domestic violence need our unwavering support. Creating safe spaces for survivors to share their stories without judgment is essential. If you know someone who might be experiencing abuse, be a compassionate listener and offer resources to help them seek assistance. Empower survivors to reclaim their lives and make informed decisions about their well-being.

Raising awareness about Lupus
Many people have limited knowledge about lupus, so spreading awareness is essential. Use various platforms such as social media, community events, and educational campaigns to share information about lupus symptoms, treatment options, and the challenges faced by individuals with lupus.
Supporting research about Lupus

Encourage and support lupus research initiatives. This can involve participating in clinical trials, fundraising for research organisations, or even advocating for increased funding for lupus research at the government level. The ultimate goal is to find better treatments and ultimately a cure for lupus.

Promoting self-care and mental health support
Lupus is a chronic illness that can significantly impact an individual’s physical and mental well-being.
